The Helena Brewers today announced the schedule for the 2012 Pioneer League baseball season. The Brewers will open the season at home against the defending Pioneer League Champion Great Falls Voyagers Monday June 18, 2012. First pitch for home games is scheduled for 7:05pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday home games start at 1:05pm.
Brewers first baseman-to-be Mat Gamel (Helena 2005)says he is working hard this winter to get in shape for the most important Spring Training of his baseball life.

Kindrick Legion Field, first known as Legion Park, celebrates its 80th birthday in 2012. Since 1978, with the exception of a couple years, the park has been the home to the Helena Phillies, the Helena Gold Sox and the Helena Brewers.
